  12. I have a Maxtech 14.4 fax modem which will not connect with Pipeline USA. 
  13. I am told I need the proper init. string, but have tried many, with
  14. technical help from PSI, none of which work.  The modem connects fine with
  15. AOL, but I cannot get it to work with Pipeline or the Univ. of Minn.
  16. systems.  I am a novice.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
